Website Experience Sr. Director

Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Wellhub's website experience, driving its evolution toward an Agentic Website Experience and Operations model. Own conversion rate optimization end-to-end, defining experimentation strategy and leading qualitative research. Partner with stakeholders to shape the website experience for product launches and campaigns, and evaluate AI tools for the website.

Proven experience in website management and hands-on experience running experimentation programs. Deep expertise across web tech stacks and concrete experience applying AI technology to marketing workflows. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to translate complex AI topics into actionable insights.
