This role involves designing and implementing commercial strategy for key accounts, defining business priorities based on potential and profitability, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the entire commercial cycle from acquisition to retention. The director will also manage high-impact client relationships, lead negotiations, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years leading commercial teams focused on strategic accounts, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or financial services sectors. A professional degree in Business Administration or related fields is required, with a desirable MBA or specialization in B2B sales or large account management.
