Direct the comprehensive infrastructure plan required for the development of LOM in the mine interior, establishing scope, priorities, milestones, and project implementation sequences. Oversee the development and review of engineering designs for electrical substations, pumping systems, ventilation, and other auxiliary services needed for mine expansion. Manage the execution of strategic infrastructure projects, defining mechanisms for monitoring and controlling scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and contractor performance.

Licensed mining engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of development and implementation of enablers for LOM in underground mining, execution of strategic mining infrastructure projects, and management of operational costs, CAPEX, and investment evaluations.
