BHPWhat You'll Do
Lead the maintenance team ensuring activities are performed correctly and under established safety standards. Control the execution of maintenance activities according to weekly work programming and unplanned work. Manage maintenance indicators such as MTBF and MTTR, and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role leading teams. Knowledge of high-tonnage mobile equipment maintenance, specifically CAT and Komatsu models. Proficient in maintenance management systems like SAP.
