The Implementation Manager is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end launch of new clients and products within the Affinity unit. They ensure operational models are robust, documented, and aligned with organizational capabilities while managing project timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in implementation or project management. Proficiency in process design, project management methodologies, and automation tools is required, with insurance or financial services experience considered a plus.
