Work closely with other development teams and clients to ensure proper implementation and functioning of solutions, ensuring an efficient and seamless user experience. Design and optimize workflows in Architect (Genesys). Develop and manage workflows in Architect and create and optimize Data Actions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields. Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferably in the financial sector in software development areas using Java and JavaScript. Knowledge of Genesys Cloud and integration of external tools.
