Software Expert

Develop new capabilities for GenAI Security, including components for token management, sessions, policies, and access governance. Design tools for detecting behavioral deviations in AI agent environments. Support the design and implementation of new agent-based Identity and Access Management services. Plan improvements in the technical stack of applications and team process evolution. Conduct research on technological advancements in GenAI to incorporate best security practices at scale.

Hands-on research profile with the ability to solve and define complex technical tasks independently. Experience in backend development and project management in distributed environments. Proficiency in languages such as Java or Go applied to security or infrastructure projects. Strong communication skills for reporting to directors and VPs and managing agreements with peer teams. Experience as a technical reference, supporting the growth of development teams.

Hybrid work modality. The position is based in Argentina or Colombia.
