The role involves leading product strategy and owning the end-to-end User Experience (UX) for Order Management platforms, ensuring workflows are intuitive, efficient, and scalable for millions of daily orders. Responsibilities include driving the entire UX process from discovery to delivery, utilizing AI tools for rapid validation, and defining the product roadmap with UX quality at the center.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 3 years of Product Management experience with demonstrated, hands-on UX ownership, coupled with deep expertise in UX principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics. Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools are required, alongside a strong understanding of front-end fundamentals.
