Provide legal advice in one area of practice within a product, country or business. Structure, review, and negotiate credit contracts and related legal documentation for corporate and institutional clients. Analyze corporate structures and ensure proper formalization of operations while identifying legal and regulatory risks.

2-5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or law firms. Juris Doctorate preferred. Intermediate-advanced English proficiency is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and practices.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing applications from Zapopan, Jalisco, CDMX, or other regions in Mexico.
