Core Responsibilities

This role involves leading the comprehensive customer success strategy in the region, focusing on driving adoption, satisfaction, and value realization for Cloud solutions among enterprise clients. The director will manage multidisciplinary teams, including technical support and solution architecture, while reporting to executive leadership regionally and globally.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 15 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Support roles, with at least 8 years in leadership positions managing teams larger than 15 people, preferably within Cloud or SaaS technology companies. Fluency in advanced English and native Spanish is required, along with strong exposure to enterprise clients and experience in global matrix environments.
