Ingeniero/a de Soporte de infraestructra Tradicional y Nube BEx (Ciudad de México, Miguel Hidalgo)

Operate and maintain the production cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, managing security, patches, upgrades, and High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures. Serve as the first point of contact for operational support of AI and GenAI services, monitoring platform health through logs, metrics, alerts, and SLAs. Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable releases for continuous development and AI delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Systems. Over 1 year of experience in corporate cloud infrastructure operation, design, and implementation in AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as continuous deployment pipelines in production. Solid knowledge of Python, automation, containers, and operational fundamentals of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
