IT Support Technician (L1/L2)

The technician will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via ticketing, phone, and remote sessions, troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, operating systems, and networking for clients in regulated industries. Key duties also involve monitoring alerts, applying patches, managing user lifecycles, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and CMMC compliance standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Windows/macOS, Unifi networking, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware. A customer-first attitude, strong diagnostic skills, professionalism, and fluency in both English and Spanish are required.
