Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in an IT/ITSM environment with direct change lifecycle exposure. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira is required, along with professional English language skills.
