What You'll Do
Coach and mentor the Scrum Team or Teams, removing obstacles that hinder progress. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Analyze team performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions proactively.
What We're Looking For
Advanced proficiency in Scrum is required. Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management is recommended. Experience with Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods for Distributed Agile Development is suggested.
