The supervisor is responsible for leading and training the Distributor's sales team and supervisors to achieve maximum potential and contribute to category development, aiming for the best numerical distribution in Santa Catarina state. Key duties include managing distributor operations such as Sell Out, inventory, coverage, and financial indicators, while also developing strategic client businesses and executing annual/quarterly business plans.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed Higher Education degree and proficiency in Data Analysis, Scantech reading, Sales and Negotiation, KPI Control, and intermediate Office Suite skills. A valid, definitive Class B driver's license is required, and the candidate must reside in or near Itajaí, SC, with availability to travel along the Santa Catarina coast.
