Canada Payroll SMO Staff - Advanced Analyst - EY Global Delivery Services

Support account teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client management. Coordinate with global teams to deliver payrolls that meet contractual scope, timeliness, quality, and service level agreements. Communicate with cross-functional team members at all levels and support the processing of scope changes and related contract adjustments.

Degree and/or undergraduate professional qualification. Excellent English language skills. Service management and/or payroll coordination experience would be an advantage. Project management experience would be an advantage.
