Build, consolidate, and monitor the marketing strategy for the Variable Income business of the XP and Clear brands. Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content, social media, events, influencers, and brand activations. Develop positioning strategies to strengthen the XP and Clear brands in the trading territory and collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or Growth, with a focus on integrated marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
