Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and Entity Corporate Governance (12-month fixed-term maternity cover)

Develop and execute a comprehensive regulatory strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Monitor and interpret global regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards. Oversee the corporate governance framework and maintain accurate records of corporate entities. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global regulatory and corporate governance team.

Master’s degree in Law or Corporate Governance, or a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with a recognized corporate governance certification. 8+ years of experience in corporate governance and legal compliance, preferably within a multinational organization. Proven experience in managing regulatory affairs globally, particularly across EMEA.
