Senior Business Analyst

Act as the main functional representative of the business throughout the implementation cycle of debt collection and recovery solutions. Define the functional vision and roadmap for Debt Collection & Recovery (DCR) solutions. Lead discovery workshops and validate functional requirements with business and technology stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial sector and at least 5 years leading recovery and collection processes in financial entities. Participation in at least 2 implementations of banking collection solutions.

Hybrid work model requiring office attendance 2 to 3 times a week in Surquillo, Lima. Only candidates located in Lima, Peru will be considered.
