What You'll Do
Organize, plan, direct, and control work activities and personnel in the area to ensure compliance with established objectives and goals. Ensure the profitability of each project by managing resources effectively. Lead teams to develop high levels of commitment and motivation towards achieving their objectives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering. At least 8 years of experience leading teams and managing services or projects with financial impact. Experience in project management using agile or traditional methodologies like PMI/Scrum. Advanced knowledge of financial management and service management frameworks such as ITIL.
