What You'll Do
Lead the design of end-to-end projects for sellers using our products. Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to define design vision and experience. Elevate the visual and interaction quality of products while maintaining consistency across channels. Use research and data to identify problems and evaluate the impact of solutions.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in UX/UI and digital product design with a strong portfolio. Proven leadership in design initiatives and influencing product decisions in complex scenarios. Ability to structure problems and connect user needs to business objectives. Experience incorporating research and metrics into the design process.
