The role involves shaping, optimizing, and strengthening global HR processes by collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and Global Process Owners to document, improve, and govern end-to-end processes for standardization and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining process maps, developing training resources, defining global KPIs, and communicating process updates and impacts to various audiences.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience documenting, optimizing, or supporting end-to-end processes in a complex or multi-regional environment, coupled with strong attention to detail regarding documentation standards and version control. The ideal candidate can work independently, prioritize effectively, analyze processes for improvement opportunities, and remain resilient in dynamic settings.
