What You'll Do
Design the 'Tier 1 Real-Time' explanation block, including signal types and confidence labels. Architect the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review queues and the Advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery. Set UI/UX standards for agent outputs across Experience and Product/Finance domains. Review squad demos to ensure output quality and explainability meet standards before promotion.
What We're Looking For
Expertise in UX for AI/Decision Intelligence platforms. Experience designing for complex financial service professional workflows. Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Explainable AI (XAI) principles. Proficiency in designing structured, non-LLM generated UI components.
