Sr Data Scientist

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to enhance user personalization, conversion, and engagement. Translate business problems into analytical solutions and scalable models. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to identify opportunities for Data Science to create incremental value. Continuously monitor model performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Graduates in quantitative disciplines such as Systems Engineering, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics. At least 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Marketing Science, or related fields. Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data analysis and modeling tools.
