Process and verify supplier invoices. Validate documents and information to ensure correct accounting of goods and services. Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and receipts. Support accounts payable activities, ensuring correct processing within established deadlines. Assist in reconciliations and basic financial transaction analyses.

Technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. Familiarity with invoice processing. Proficient in Office suite, especially Excel.
