Analyze the performance of the offer funnel between acquisition and conversion channels, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Develop analytical models and frameworks to guide the offer strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency. Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales, Brokers, Product, and Technology teams to design and operationalize improvement initiatives.

Advanced English proficiency. Relevant experience in business intelligence (BI), commercial planning, or growth strategy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to extract insights from data. Experience handling large data volumes (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.).
