The Functional Analyst – Data will support the centralized repository of legacy HR data by collaborating with developers to extract, validate, and organize data from obsolete systems. This role involves acting as a liaison to gather requirements, analyzing legacy structures, and ensuring data integrity during archival and migration processes.

Requirements

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 3 years of experience as a data or functional analyst, preferably within HR or enterprise systems. Essential skills include strong ETL understanding, SQL proficiency, familiarity with HR systems, and excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
