Promote and sell life insurance and dental plans, establishing long-term relationships with corporate clients and local brokers. Identify and attract new partner brokers while maintaining close relationships with the current client base. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and create performance reports and indicators.

Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or related fields. Familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
