Monitor agricultural operations related to preparation, planting, and cultural treatments to ensure adherence to operational quality standards. Identify quality deviations in the field and propose corrective actions in collaboration with operational leaders. Conduct quality assessments and audits, and support the implementation of action plans to prevent recurrence.

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in agricultural processes and operations. Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel.
