Supervise the activities of the Quality Control Laboratories and Water Treatment of the unit. Manage a team of approximately 20 collaborators, promoting development and safety. Ensure the quality and compliance of physical-chemical and biological analysis results, and proactively identify losses and improve industrial efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biofuels, or related fields. Desired MBA or specialization in Chemical Engineering or Bioprocesses. Experience in industrial chemical processes and team leadership.
