Lead the evaluation of complex scenarios and use cases, proposing UX/UI solutions that balance business needs and user requirements. Design low and high-fidelity screens and flows to simplify user experiences, reducing friction and cognitive load. Conduct research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and validate hypotheses about tool usage.
What We're Looking For
Experience with UX techniques applied to internal tool design. Proficiency in UI best practices for creating low and high-resolution screens. Strong storytelling skills to communicate design proposals and experience in problem framing to address complex business and user needs.
