Manage a portfolio of partners (Corbans) consultatively, identifying improvement opportunities and defining actionable plans. Conduct structured follow-up rituals, investigating root causes of performance deviations and differentiating systemic issues from isolated exceptions. Monitor success metrics of the portfolio and take action to consistently elevate results.

Proven experience in performance management based on data, using business metrics to guide structured decisions. Previous experience in strategic account management/B2B, managing partner portfolios or service level agreements (SLAs). Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

100% remote position with routine travel for in-person visits to partners as needed. Individual contributor role with support from a junior analyst.
