Especialista de Performance & Analytics - Incentivos

Define, track, and evolve KPIs that show the health and impact of incentive programs for For Sale and For Rent. Transform performance data into insights and recommendations for annual program reviews. Lead analyses on the effectiveness of incentive mechanics and measure their incremental impact.

Solid experience in analytics, RevOps, BizOps, FP&A, pricing, or strategy. Familiarity with SQL and experience in designing experiments, A/B testing, and causal analysis. Ability to transform complex analyses into clear recommendations for leadership.

Hybrid work model (95% remote) with occasional in-person meetings covered by travel costs. Located in São Paulo - SP, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday during business hours.
