Core Responsibilities

The trainee will support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. Additionally, they will assist in managing organizational culture initiatives, talent management programs, and general administrative tasks for the People & Culture team.

Requirements

Candidates must be in their final year or graduating from Psychology, Human Resources, Business Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required, along with a strong interest in developing a career within People & Culture.
