Map logistics processes for inbound, outbound, storage, and transportation, identifying improvement opportunities. Lead Lean projects and initiatives aimed at cost reduction and waste minimization. Monitor operational performance indicators and continuous improvement metrics. Conduct training and workshops on methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, and 5S.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Artificial Intelligence, SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau. Availability to work in São João de Meriti - RJ.
