Plan regional routes ensuring capacity by regions. Work multidisciplinary with internal areas to deliver cost, capacity, and operational performance. Identify continuous improvement opportunities by investigating bottlenecks and conducting cause-and-effect analyses. Interpret data to propose structural action plans by analyzing performance and productivity indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, or similar. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Sumif, Pareto, and other calculation and analysis operations). Experience in logistics planning and strategy. Knowledge of general transportation logistics processes and Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems, SAP, Lean, and Value Stream Mapping is a plus.
