Participate in the Maior Aprendiz program to gain initial work experience in a supportive environment. Engage proactively in learning opportunities and contribute to team efforts. Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Completed or ongoing high school education. Must be between 18 to 21 years old. Availability to work 6 hours per day. Strong communication skills and a global perspective are essential.
