The role involves acting as the active voice of the business by orchestrating strategic communication across online and offline channels to engage various stakeholders. Responsibilities include guarding acquisition channels, designing creative relationship strategies to convert leads into new carrier partners, and managing/scaling the driver referral program.

Requirements
