Sr. Systems Analyst - Workday Time & Absence Implementation Lead

Serve as a functional technology lead for M&A integrations and strategic HR technology projects, focusing on Absence Management and Time Tracking. Participate in discovery activities to understand HR processes and perform fit-gap assessments. Design and configure Workday solutions for Absence Management and Time Tracking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables across multiple projects.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Tier 1 Human Capital Management systems and HR applications. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM system and experience with M&A integrations and HR technology implementations preferred.
