Core Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our HR team and take ownership of analytics across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Automation. This is a new role for the company, so you will build HR analytics from the ground up: defining key metrics, setting up data sources, and creating an analytics framework to support hiring, rewards, and people decisions.

Requirements

A mathematical or technical degree from one of the following universities MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES. Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory, analytical mindset and systematic thinking, and ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions.
