Map and deeply understand the Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order management, billing, collections, and receivables reconciliation. Identify operational gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities related to the Arco 2.0 project, structuring and leading action plans. Lead the financial front of O2C, coordinating themes, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders while negotiating and prioritizing conflicting demands.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. Technical mastery of O2C subprocesses (orders, billing, collections, receivables reconciliation). Previous experience leading financial projects focused on the O2C cycle, with a strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
