Own the full employee lifecycle and strategic HR function for operations in Uruguay. Partner with business leaders on talent strategy and organizational design. Manage all aspects of employee onboarding and administer employee benefits and payroll coordination.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of HR experience with expertise in HR operations and business partnership. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Strong knowledge of employment law and HRIS systems.
