Software Engineering Manager AI

Develop and execute the engineering strategy for AI products, ensuring reliability, security, and a user-centered experience. Lead end-to-end application development and take ownership of the platform’s AWS architecture. Collaborate with AI Product Managers and Data Leads to ensure high-quality pipelines and AI interfaces that meet user needs.

10+ years of product engineering experience, including 3–5 years focused on implementing AI/ML at enterprise scale. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, or related field. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and practical AWS knowledge.
