Requirements

Candidates must possess 4–5 years of progressive payroll experience, including full ownership of U.S. payroll and strong experience managing multi-state U.S. payroll in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and deep knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations are essential, along with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
