Lead the strategy for capacity and slotting in regional markets, establishing operational excellence standards. Design workflows to ensure organized warehouses, facilitating quick picking processes and minimizing operational errors. Collaborate with Planning teams to ensure optimal stock profiles according to local demand, avoiding excess dead inventory and maximizing turnover.

Bachelor's degree completed. Solid experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, and/or Engineering. Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis related to warehouse capacity. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and SQL (desirable). Proven ability to manage multicultural teams in high-complexity environments.
