Information Technology Intern

Assist with IT system configuration and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborating across teams to resolve challenges efficiently. Support enterprise application operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and process improvements. Participate in data center operations and contribute to maintaining Intel's IT infrastructure.

Active student of bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in IT systems, or a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with no prior professional experience. Intermediate to Advanced English level. Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
