Lead the technical construction of digital experiences for Mercado Pago's software area, transforming seller operational needs into clear, reliable, and scalable interfaces. Act from discovery through prototyping to implementation, ensuring high efficiency between design intent and production experience. Build and evolve AI-native workflows that integrate product context, research, design systems, code, and validation.
What We're Looking For
Solid background in product design, frontend engineering, or related hybrid roles. Proficiency in user experience design, interaction design, and product design, with the ability to translate visual decisions into stable production code. Experience with modern frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and component frameworks.
