Analista de Control y Conciliación de Nómina (Portugués)

Analyze payroll control reports and variations to identify discrepancies and prevent incorrect payments. Reconcile employee master data against payroll system records, identifying inconsistencies and managing necessary corrections. Validate applicable payment concepts and components for different payroll processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field. Intermediate-advanced Portuguese is essential, with the ability to understand information and communicate effectively. Advanced Excel skills and experience in report preparation, data analysis, and information validation are required.
