Key activities include continuously monitoring product performance, evaluating customer journey contextualization opportunities, liaising with Credit and Commercial teams, managing budget and goals, leading the team, and ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, coupled with solid experience in managing retail credit products, possessing a strategic vision and strong results orientation. Essential requirements include strong analytical skills for decision-making, experience interfacing with Credit, Commercial, Risk, and Legal areas, knowledge of regulatory governance for credit products, and experience managing and developing teams.
