Gerente de Departamento Pessoal (English Speaker)

Lead, guide, and develop the People Operations team, ensuring continuous operational support and performance alignment. Manage strategic supplier relationships and budget, monitoring performance, costs, and contracts. Ensure legal compliance and readiness for audits, maintaining data integrity and leading participation in annual audits. Act as the primary consultant for People Operations to senior leadership, managing complex processes such as executive onboarding and offboarding.

Fluency in English (advanced/fluent) with the ability to conduct meetings and draft documents. Solid experience in leading People Operations with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management. In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and experience in union negotiations. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
